An argument for a restraining order maybe? I want to sue for mental anguish and emotional abuse. But so far, I’m lucky. There are those amongst us one a young man in prison for exercising his right to free speech, a citizen locked up, while his wife awaits his fate at home 8 months pregnant, which all of who are moms know is when you should not be alone. It is traumatic for this couple and unfair and unjust. But our cruel “king” Trump in his indignation says, “there will be more to come.” Is it us for whom he is building those prisons?
It is true in a crisis heroes rise from unexpected places; and a good deal of them it seems to me are women. We take no prisoners. But, of course, maybe it just seems that way for when it is a woman if it is so unexpected due to the fact we have been corralled into roles of low expectations and prejudice. Unlike other democracies where women do hold positions of power and leadership in America, we cull talent and potential based on race and gender.
Glenn, letting you know - you might want to take this to the gods of substack - but I’ve had totally inconsistent behavior getting your videos to play on this platform. I can pull your latest “Justice Matters” videos and play them on YouTube w/o issue, so it seems to be a platform specific thing. (I use the YT app and the SStack app on iPad). When I click on it, the video expands and shows a big triangle “play” button. Click it and nothing happens. Wait, try again, nothing happens again. Rinse/repeat.
Wanted to bring to your attn so you could take it up on your end if you wish. **this is a recurring problem for your substack, as well as others like The Bulwark, and I have the same problems on my Windows and Mac workstations, so I don’t think it’s PEBCAC material.**
Will the DoJ lawyers be admonished for wasting the courts time? It’s certainly a waste of taxpayer money. Talk about waste, fraud, and abuse!

Sounds like amateur hour but is there a path for it to be picked up by SCOTUS? Seems to be the plan.
