A colorable agrument can be made that Kristi Noem may have openly admitted to conspiracy to commit Treason. Article IV, section 4, of the Constitution requires the United States to guarantee each State a Republican form of government and to protect them from invasion. Article III, section 3, of the Constitution defines Treason against the United States as levying war against them (emphasis added). The last time I looked, California was one of them. She stated that they were going to “liberate” Los Angeles “from the socialists and the burdensome leadership that this governor and that this mayor have placed on this country” (or from its duly elected republican government). That could be a violation of Atricle 4, section 4, and the use of federal and federalized troops to do that, could be considered an intent to invade and thereby commit an act of war. It would, of course, require a court to determine if the argument is correct. I don’t think I would want to try the case, but the threat might put the fear of good in them.

Great talk tonight.

And finding out about “Ipse dixit”. Perfect description of Donnie’s approach to the law and life in general. It all revolves around him. And I will bet that he will be keeping all the military and weaponry involved in the birthday extravaganza very close by in DC. . Nobody gets to go home, even if they have to sleep on the floor and eat beans 3 times a day. Also good to know there is nothing wrong with my hearing. 👍🏻💙

pax tecum 💙👍🏻

The Latin term sounds like the name of a red state washtub band. Bubba and the Ipsy Dixits.
