4. If dismissed without prejudice, Comey is free & clear but James is not. Would the dismissal strengthen/weaken/have no impact on a future James argument for vindictive/selective prosecution?

It was over 2 'hours' worth of Grand Jury transcript that was missing. Not 2 pages. Reporters who were at today's hearing heard testimony that the transcriber was actually forced out of the room for the final two hours that Lindsey Halligan spoke to the Grand Jury. The corruption continues. 🤬

If there was no transcript, isn't it also possible that there was 1 or more additional witnesses that testified during that 2+ hours?
