Things ain't looking too good for Trump flunky Lindsey Halligan
Hey friends, I attended the court hearing today in the Letitia James and James Comey cases. Let's just say, things ain't looking too good for Lindsey Halligan. I also jumped on PBS News Hour with my old MSNBC friend Geoff Bennett.
Let's jump on live for our community meeting at 8:30 pm ET to discuss what happened in court today.

I’m fired up. Let’s uncork the tequila. 🤪
1. In what order do the motions for dismissal get dealt with or are they dealt with concurrently?
2. If any get dismissed on the grounds of vindictive prosecution, is there some kind of civil remedy open to the defendants against the prosecutor/DOJ/random orange guy who instigated it?
3. % chance judge Currie could dismiss WITH prejudice?
4. If dismissed without prejudice, Comey is free & clear but James is not. Would the dismissal strengthen/weaken/have no impact on a future James argument for vindictive/selective prosecution?
And finally, sorry I keep sending you questions not on a Sunday 🤣
