DOJ lawyers involved in these cases should face losing their law licenses in every jurisdiction. And that should apply all the way up the supervisory chain, to anyone involved in the "confluence of administrative errors" lawlessness.

I agree that there is both dishonesty and incompetence in how the administration handled this deportation. No surprise there! But why hasn't Pam Bondi, or anyone else, been hit with contempt charges? Wouldn't that slow down the anarchy at least a little?

And fwiw I agree with Chaiah -- SCOTUS has failed us *again*. The 21st century SCOTUS has been quite busy shredding our Democracy.
