Yet, if Biden’s DOJ head had moved things along against Trump, rather than sitting on all the evidence for something like two years, Trump would simply be moving around a series of prisons in his matching orange jumpsuit. Instead, the previous DOJ facilitated Trump's eventual escape from most of the cases against him, only to permit his current reign of terror. There's no doubt he's acted like a mob boss for the majority of his life (hence the Georgia case against him for just that reason). So here we sit. At least you were right about how the federal judges would handle Trump's expected lawlessness, that they would hold firm. And most of them have. Justice REALLY does matter! Thank you for all you do, Glenn. I KNOW Cam is cheering you on !
Sadly, it will likely only get worse without courage and a plan. How do we close the barn door after The Malignant Narcissist and the Megalomanic are already free to corrupt and torture? Ignorance and aversion to reality are the Elephant in the room.
I don’t like the feelings of hate I have toward the head of the mob and all in the org chart. Having visions of a repeat of Sonny at the toll booth as appropriate for them makes me sad to imagine that. My son is an associate at a law firm. Not Big Law but his partner is at a Big Law firm. The firm my son works for has yet to decide whether to sign on to the Amicus Brief. As an associate he is not privy to those conversations. I am 74 and retired February 28, 2025. Bad time to be counting on SSA. I may be making soup to sell to get some cash.
He is the biggest criminal in the USA. He has more felonies than people we sent to El Salvador can we deport him ? He has tried to overthrow a legitimate election, and has used extortion to bring law firms to the knee.also the tariffs are a form of extortion. He would have to have a lower bunk as couldn’t get his fat a$$off of the ground.
Here’s an idea: So that Paul Weiss and Skadden can “save” themselves from their infamous decision to kiss the ring, why don’t they rescind their agreement to work for free for trump? trump is erratic as they come (well, it’s more than that—he’s CRAZY), so why shouldn’t these firms change their minds also???
The worst for these firms has already happened, though, admittedly, trump would seek retribution. Maybe he’ll have small brain Pam Bondi sue them, and even though trump and trump’s justice dept have no respect for the rule of law, they’d have to have it go through the courts, and see what happens….
